A Cookbook for Sad People

This project explores how cooking can benefit one’s mental health, is it the process, the food, or both?

This book consists of 6 recipes from people and their reflections on cooking, along with comics and other special features.

‘Food makes friends’, and I hope this book can feel like you’re talking to a friend, or even be the start of an actual conversation with your friends.

This book was digitally illustrated and printed, case bound with a screen printed bookcloth.
